44 injured in Swiss train crash

Over 40 passengers are reported to have been injured after a head-on collision between to trains in Switzerland. Emergency services are at the scene of the crash in Granges-pres-Marnard, Western Switzerland. Local media reports that of those 44 , 4 are seriously injured. The collision happened around 100m from the local station, at just after 7pm local time, and the wreckage of the two passenger trains remained on the track after the crash.
