Indian submarine sinks - with 18 onboard

Fatalaties have been confirmed after an Indian navy submarine carrying 18 personell set on fire and sank at a base in Mumbai. Reports say that the fire was followed by three blasts before the submarine submerged at its berth. A navy spokesperson said "the cause of the explosion is not yet known. We are searching for 18 personell."
