Japan firework festival blast leaves 50 injured

Over 50 people have been injured in an explosion at a summer fireworks festival in Japan. Nineteen of those were seriously injured, according to reports, and all 50  The blast occurred at 19.30 on Thursday at a viewing venue in Fukuchiyama. Organizers say the explosion may of been caused by propane gas cylinders being used at food stalls. Following the incident, the event was closed.
